    Professional Search Group (PSG) has partnered with a growing industrial networking and automation company that is dedicated to providing industry-leading products, technical support, and OT services for wired and wireless machine networking applications.

    Job Description
    The NetSuite Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the NetSuite system, driving continuous improvements to meet the needs of the organization. Key responsibilities include managing third-party integrations, supporting M&A system integration, ensuring data integrity, and managing user and role assignments.

    • Richardson, TX office
    • Hybrid (2 days remote, 3 days in-office)

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Continuous Improvement
      • Assess existing NetSuite processes and workflows to identify areas for enhancement.
      • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions that support company goals.
    2. Third-Party Integrations
      • Manage and optimize integrations with third-party applications to streamline operations and data flow.
      • Troubleshoot integration issues and work with vendors to resolve them.
    3. M&A System Integration
      • Support NetSuite integration during mergers and acquisitions to ensure seamless transitions and system alignment.
      • Coordinate with IT and finance teams to harmonize processes and data across platforms.
    4. Data Integrity
      • Ensure data integrity on the NetSuite platform by conducting regular audits and implementing corrective actions as needed.
      • Develop and maintain data validation rules for accurate reporting.
    5. User and Role Management
      • Oversee user access and role assignments, ensuring adherence to security protocols.
      • Provide training and support to users to maximize the NetSuite system’s effectiveness.
    6. Documentation and Reporting
      • Maintain current documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
      • Create and deliver regular reports on system performance and usage metrics.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a NetSuite Administrator or in a similar role.
    • Strong knowledge of NetSuite functionalities and best practices.
    • Experience with M&A system migration/integration.
    • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • NetSuite certification(s) is a plus.
    • Experience in a sales-focused organization is advantageous.
    • Proficiency with custom searches and workflows within NetSuite.
    • Experience with third-party integrations, such as Celigo or RFSMART.
    • Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., SuiteScript).

    Work Schedule & Travel

    • Full-time
    • M-F 8-5
    • Occasional weekend and/or after-hours availability (2-3 times per year) for project implementation and system updates.

     

  • Compensation
    $100,000-$115,000 per year
