Qualifications

Required Skills:

• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting processes.
• 1-2+ years of hands-on experience working with NetSuite Financials.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel and advanced data manipulation.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and teams.
• Proven track record of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines across various projects.
• Ability to simplify and convey complex information in a clear, understandable manner.
• Self-driven and detail-oriented
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, ensuring efficient project execution.
• Experience in documenting business requirements, handling data migrations, integrations, and preparing financial reports.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with full-cycle NetSuite implementations.
• Technical background in accounting systems and functions.
• Strong business acumen related to month-end close, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• NetSuite certifications.
• Prior consulting experience.
