We are currently seeking an Escrow Officer Assistant to join our team as we continue to grow! The ideal candidate will be hard-working, organized and detail-oriented! We are looking for candidates to assist our team with the real estate closing process. You will be working with all parties involved to acquire, analyze and organize all documents needed during the closing process. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES INCLUDE:
· Understanding and adherence to various aspects associated with title closing process
· Assist Escrow Officers with all pre and post-closing task by determining requirements, preparing, reviewing, processing and distributing closing documents to all parties involved
· Provides a high level of customer service while developing an ongoing business relationship with clients
· Manage every aspect of the transaction with exceptional customer service throughout the entire closing process
· Daily communication with lenders, builders, real estate agents, brokers and attorneys
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
· Minimum of 1 year experience working in title or escrow situations.
· College experience
· Must have or be able to attain a Notary Public commission from the Texas Secretary of State
· Eligible to attain an Escrow Officer license from the Texas Department of Insurance
· Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
· Strong work ethic
· Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
· Demonstrate strong customer service qualities
· Computer skills sufficient to adapt to new software providing the ability to manage files in a paperless environment
· Ability to consistently meet deadlines and demonstrate strong follow through while following departmental procedures
