Education (Required) : Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.

Certification (Required) - CCIE, CCNP, or CCNA

Minimum Qualifications

Skilled in identifying system performance indicators and corrective actions.

Proficient in Cisco LAN, routing equipment, Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2013/2018, and LAN/WAN environment.

Knowledge of Mainframe Emulation Tools and PC-based software.

Expertise in LAN, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, SSL, VPN, routing protocols, and network troubleshooting Skills.

Experienced in upgrade plans and project implementation.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication with peers, supervisors, and customers.

Ability to follow priorities and established procedures.

Skilled in analyzing data to choose optimal solutions.

Effective in task prioritization, meeting deadlines, and managing pressure.

Adept at conducting workshops, design sessions, and problem-solving meetings.

Business-friendly and user-centric communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Engineering, MBA or related field preferred
