We are seeking a mid-level Network Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to configure, monitor, and troubleshoot network infrastructure, ensuring reliability and security. The role includes maintaining detailed network documentation, designing network solutions, and performing complex network tasks.

Responsibilities:

Design, implement and maintain network infrastructure, including firewalls, access points, and switches (e.g., Unifi, SonicWall, Cisco)

Monitor network performance and identify future needs

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues

Maintain network asset inventory and documentation

Provide technical support and guidance to users

Coordinate with vendors to resolve escalated issues

Requirements:

Experience in configuring and troubleshooting network infrastructure

Ability to maintain detailed documentation and network diagrams

Must have own transportation and a valid driver's license with a good driving record

Must be able to work some nights and weekends, including possible overtime

Must be able to pass a drug test

Preferred Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in network engineering

Certifications: CCNA, CompTIA Network+ (Certification reimbursement)

Strong communication, problem-solving, and adaptability
