NeuFit is seeking a skilled and self-motivated physical therapist to join our dynamic team in a cash-pay clinic specializing in 60-minute, one-on-one sessions. In this role, you’ll treat a diverse caseload with a primary focus on orthopedic injuries, embracing the challenge of working through a wide range of clinical presentations. As a self-starter, you’ll take ownership of your caseload, crafting individualized treatment plans while collaborating closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes. At NeuFit, you’ll combine traditional physical therapy techniques—such as manual therapy, dry needling, blood flow restriction (BFR), and prescriptive exercise—with the groundbreaking Neubie technology to deliver innovative, comprehensive care. Benefits: As a team member at NeuFit, you’ll enjoy: • 401(k) • Health, dental, and vision insurance • Paid time off and flexible holidays • Monthly production bonus • Opportunities for advancement • Continuing education opportunities • Casual work environment • On-site gym Responsibilities: • Maintain accurate records of patient treatment and follow all applicable policies and procedures • Review the data gathered from the patient's tests and examinations, then make recommendations based on your findings • Use physical therapy on patients to reduce pain and improve mobility as advised by doctor • Obtain advice from and work together with other healthcare professionals • Ask patients about their physical status, including any injuries or mobility concerns Qualifications: • Doctorate in Physical Therapy • Valid Texas state license to practice as a Physical Therapist • >1 experience in orthopedic/sports or neuro setting • Interest in treating patients with neurological conditions preferred but not required (we will provide training for this population) • Interested in a nervous-system-first approach to rehabilitation and recovery, utilizing new technologies and advancements in rehabilitation • Knowledge of medical terminology and ability to interpret physician orders • Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, arthrokinematics, and biomechanics • Dry needling certification (preferred) • CPR certification Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 yearly
