    About IntelliRad Imaging:

    • Private, physician-owned & physician-managed practice
    • Rapidly growing Neurointerventional Surgery practice
    • Team includes:
      • 4 full-time neurointerventional physicians.
      • 5 Full time APPs (1 outpatient and 4 inpatient)
    • 3 outpatient clinics
    • 4 hospitals in Miami-Dade & Broward Counties of Florida
      • Facilities include a Level 1 trauma center, Level 2 trauma center, 3 Comprehensive Stroke Centers, and a Primary Stroke Center.
      • Handles over 1,000 cases.

    Eligibility for Fellowship:

    • Completed residency in Neurology, Radiology, or Neurosurgery before fellowship program start

    • Additional requirements:

      • Neurology applicants: Neurovascular or Neurocritical Care fellowship.
      • Radiology applicants: Diagnostic Neuroradiology fellowship.
    • Board Certified/Board Eligible in primary specialty.

    • ECFMG applicants accepted.

    Responsibilities:

    • Participate in call rotations and patient rounds.

    • Assist and perform procedures and, once qualified, potentially perform independently, including:

      • Diagnostic cerebral angiography
      • stroke thrombectomy
      • carotid/intracranial stenting
      • aneurysm embolization
      • AVM/AVF embolization
      • lumbar punctures
      • lumbar myelography
      • cisternograms
      • epistaxis embolization
      • trauma embolizations
      • vertebroplasty
      • MMA embolization
      • oncologic embolizations
      • plus other procedures

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • Salary: $70,000–$80,000 (based on experience and PGY level)

    • Health and malpractice insurance provided

    • Additional perks:

      • $2,000 annual book stipend.
      • Up to $2,000 annual conference fees.
      • 4 weeks paid time off.

    Our fellowship is supported by a state-of-the-art imaging infrastructure, including an installed base of one Philips Azurion, two Siemens Artis Icono systems, and three GE IGS 630 units. This advanced equipment ensures good procedural workflow, high-resolution imaging, and optimal precision in neurovascular interventions.
