Responsibilities: • Complete and process New Business applications • Update & review database/CRM to reflect account status focused on new business and/or service • Maintain an organized, compliant, and efficient filing system • Follow up on pending business and contact individual clients with updates • Assist Financial Advisors with pre-appointment requirements and financial planning responsibilities • Prepare, manage, and track the new business pipeline • Assist Advisors with client support, mailings, educational workshops, and client events as needed • Act as phone back-up to other members of our team • Maintain current Advisor’s licenses and appointments Qualifications: • Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license • Bachelor's degree or high school diploma preferred • Experience using a CRM is preferred • You will need 3-5 years of inside or outside sales experience • Applicant must have strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills • Prior experience working in the financial industry • Life Insurance & Securities License(s) preferred Compensation: $45,000 - $50,000 yearly
