If you answered yes to these questions, we want to hear from you! The Christie Cannon Team is seeking a dynamic individual to join as the New Agent Success Manager in Frisco, TX, US. The ideal candidate will facilitate a seamless onboarding process for newly licensed agents, design and execute effective training initiatives, oversee The Cannon Team’s exclusive 100 Days of Success program, and cultivate a supportive atmosphere to empower agents for sustained growth. This role necessitates a valid real estate license, practical experience in real estate transactions, and a background in agent development. Compensation: • Salary range: $70,000 - $80,000Expected Earnings: $100,000+ • Bonus Opportunities • Paid Time Off Responsibilities: New Agent Onboarding: • Manage the entire onboarding process for newly licensed agents, ensuring a seamless and engaging transition into the company. • Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs that include training on company systems, tools, procedures, and best practices in real estate. • Develop an onboarding timeline to guide agents through their first 90 days, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed. Creation and Management of the 100 Days of Success Program: • Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of The Cannon Team's 100 Days of Success, a proprietary training program designed to provide new agents with the skills and knowledge necessary for success during their critical first 100 days. • Ensure the 100 Days of Success program delivers measurable results, tracks progress, and includes tailored training that aligns with The Cannon Team’s values and business strategies. • Regularly review and update the content of the program to reflect current industry trends, tools, and techniques, ensuring it remains relevant and effective. Training and Development: • Create and lead engaging training sessions on key real estate topics such as prospecting, lead conversion, contract management, client communication, and sales strategies. • Provide ongoing coaching to help agents build confidence and competence in all aspects of real estate sales. • Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs and implement tailored programs to support agent growth. Agent Support and Mentorship: • Establish a mentorship program that fosters and grows new agents through group coaching, creating a highly engaging learning and networking opportunity. • Help new agents develop their skills through structured group coaching sessions that encourage collaboration, idea sharing, and peer learning. • Monitor and track agent progress, providing regular feedback and one-on-one coaching to ensure continued development. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: • Analyze agent performance data and KPIs to identify areas of strength and opportunities for improvement. • Develop and implement action plans for underperforming agents to ensure they receive the necessary support to succeed. • Report on the success of onboarding and training initiatives to leadership, adjusting strategies as necessary. Culture and Community Building: • Foster a positive, collaborative culture that encourages new agents to engage with their colleagues, participate in company events, and feel part of a supportive team. • Organize regular new agent meetups, workshops, and networking events to build community and promote professional growth. Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in real estate office operations. • Proven training experience in a real estate setting. • Strong administrative skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Compensation: $100,000 OTE with bonuses
