Qualifications: β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field β€’ Minimum 1 year of sales experience , preferably in a B2B environment β€’ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas β€’ Coachability is a must – we invest in your growth, and we expect you to as well β€’ Strong interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills β€’ Competitive mindset with high motivation and self-discipline β€’ Ability to build and maintain a strong client network and pipeline β€’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms β€’ Solid business acumen and understanding of client needs β€’ Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed Compensation: $100,000 + at plan with commission
