Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Outside Sales Representative to join our team based in Nashville, TN. In this role, you will generate leads, attract new clients, and close deals. Your responsibilities will include building and cultivating relationships with new and existing customers within your territory, evaluating their needs, negotiating successful deals and maintaining your pipeline in Salesforce. The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service and negotiation skills, and a strong desire to close deals.

Responsibilities:
Identify and cultivate relationships with prospective clients to drive revenue and achieve quarterly closing targets
Attend industry events such as apartment association meetings and trade shows
Perform daily site visits per week to engage with new business. This can extend to neighboring markets including Chattanooga, Knoxville and Memphis, TN.
Meet or exceed designated sales targets
Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in customer relationship management (CRM) program Salesforce
Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close opportunities
Work directly with sales directors to achieve goals
Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
Previous sales experience within the multifamily industry preferred
Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A positive attitude and ability to be persistent
CRM/Salesforce experience preferred
MS Office skills and related computer knowledge
