About Renew: At Renew, we are a Christian based company dedicated to transforming the lives of our clients through innovative and compassionate care. We specialize in treating complex orthopedic conditions, chronic pain, and illness, and we are looking for a motivated and passionate New Client Coordinator/Care Coordinator to join our team. Because Renew is a young and fast growing company, we're looking for people who want to build and grow with us. If you are someone who thrives in sales, communication, and working with people, we want to hear from you!

Position Overview: This position is primarily a sales role where you will help potential clients understand how we can help them achieve the health outcomes they desire. Because we are a cash-based practice, this role requires a high level of communication and people skills in order to get people to the right place.

The second aspect of this position involves administrative work. You will handle internal communication, documentation, reports, and requests through a variety of communication channels. The nature of the data managed is highly confidential, so not only do we need someone with strong written and verbal communication skills, but someone who is ethical and trustworthy.

Our New Client Coordinator position is in-person starting at approximately 15-20 hours per week. The role is mostly work from home, but may require occasional in-office work or errands so a valid driver's license is required.

    Key Responsibilities:

Conduct sales calls/conversations with new leads in a timely manner.

Take credit card payments over the phone.

    Schedule client evaluations.

Manage client communication via text, email, phone, and in-person.

Conduct hospitality calls to nurture client relationships.

Provide support to doctors and leadership.

Manage clients in our CRM and EMR.

Document client and clinical interactions in our CRM and keep data organized.

Complete assigned projects in our project management software.

    Assist with data organization.

Complete reports in Google Sheets as assigned.

Receive faxes and complete records requests.

Run and manage payment plan payments.

    Assist management with miscellaneous projects.

    Run errands as needed.

    Qualifications:

Desire to help and care for people in our communities.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Fluency in Windows OS, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Programs, and general technology.

Reliable transportation for co-working, errands, and meetings.

    Professionalism and confidentiality.

Strong organization skills for maintaining people and data.

The ability to pivot and adapt quickly to changes implemented by leadership.

A positive attitude and drive for helping grow a young company.

    What We Offer:

Professional Development: Access to internal training and resources to help you sharpen your skills.

Supportive Environment: Join a team that values collaboration, innovation, and a shared commitment to client-centered care.

    Benefits: TBD at hire.

    Additional Details:

Pay is at $15-$18 per hour depending on certain factors.

Fluency in Windows, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office is required, but all other software training will be provided.

Flexible work from home options available.
