Qualifications: Skills Needed: • Strong critical thinking skills. • Proactive, results-oriented mindset. • Flexibility, optimism, and empathy for individuals in stressful situations. • Confidence to be kindly assertive with clients when necessary. • Reliability and accountability in all tasks. • A minimum of two years of experience in sales or customer service. • Consultative sales experience is a strong plus. • Technical proficiency, especially with Clio Grow and Microsoft Excel software, is a plus. Compensation: $20 - $30 per hour + incentives
