    A maintenance technician in a newly constructed apartment building is responsible for maintaining building systems, addressing resident concerns, and ensuring that all equipment and infrastructure remains in excellent condition—often with a focus on post-construction punch lists, warranty work, and preventative maintenance. Responsibilities: • Inspect and troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. • Conduct punch list work (repairing minor construction issues). • Coordinate with contractors on warranty repairs. • Perform preventative maintenance on building systems and appliances. • Respond to service requests from residents once units are occupied. • Maintain common areas , including lighting, doors, and grounds. • Keep accurate maintenance logs and update service records. • Assist with move-in/move-out inspections. Qualifications: • Must have the ability to conveniently commute to and from the workplace • Must be available for a flexible on-call schedule covering morning, afternoon, and evening service calls at apartment properties throughout the week • A valid driver's license is required • Reliable transportation is a must Compensation: $37,000 - $52,000
