Full-Time Junior Accountant Opening at Law Firm

New Gig Solutions has partnered with a Law Firm in Tampa Area to help them hire as they grow.

The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in QuickBooks and Excel, and capable of managing various accounting tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

\- Manage and maintain the firm's financial records using QuickBooks

\- Prepare and analyze financial reports and statements

\- Perform bank reconciliations and manage cash flow

\- Process payroll and handle accounts payable and receivable

\- Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements

\- Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting

\- Coordinate with external auditors during audits

\- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with integrity

Qualifications:

\- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

\- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel

\- Experience in accounting within a law firm or similar professional services environment is preferred

\- Excellent organizational and time management skills

\- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

\- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

\- Excellent communication skills
