Role Overview: The Sales Agent at The Barndo Co is responsible for driving new home sales, guiding potential buyers through the homebuilding process, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role involves working closely with clients to customize their semi-custom home, explaining the unique features of The Barndo Co’s designs, and managing relationships from initial inquiry to contract signing. The Sales Agent plays a key role in building the relationship with potential homeowners, helping them to navigate financing options, and delivering an outstanding buying experience. 2. Key Responsibilities: • Meet with prospective buyers to understand their needs and introduce them to The Barndo Co’s semi-custom home offerings. • Guide clients through the various plan and design options based on needs and budget • Provide detailed information on the construction process, timelines, and customization possibilities. • Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the process, ensuring they are informed and satisfied at each stage. • Collaborate with the construction and design teams to ensure customer preferences and selections are communicated accurately. 3. Key Requirements (Regular Activities): • Exhibit effective lead management to ensure client follow-up • Touring clients through existing builds in various stages of construction, explaining features, upgrades, and design possibilities. • Assist buyers with selecting options and upgrades, ensuring they align with their needs and budget. • Work closely with lenders to assist clients with financing, explaining loan options and requirements. • Update CRM software with buyer information, sales progress, and client communications to ensure seamless sales tracking. 4. Key Results: • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by closing contracts with new home buyers. • Maintain high customer satisfaction scores by providing consistent, timely, and accurate information throughout the sales process. • Maximize sales opportunities by converting leads into contracts and increasing customer interest in available upgrades. • Ensure seamless communication between the sales, design, and construction teams, minimizing delays or misunderstandings. • Increase client retention through post-sale engagement and follow-up. 5. Key Reports: • Weekly lead conversion and sales progress reports. • Customer satisfaction and feedback reports. • Home customization and upgrade reports for each client. • Financing and mortgage progress reports. • Sales pipeline and forecast reports. 6. Office Location • In office Qualifications: • A successful and proven sales history • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Enjoys meeting new people and establishing working relationships • Knowledge of Real Estate and new home construction preferred Compensation: $127,200 at plan earnings
