    We’re looking for a talented, professional Sales Agent to join our team of real estate professionals. You will be responsible for consulting with and guiding potential buyers through the entire home-buying process. From showing homes to the negotiation process and final sale, you will be the builder’s representative point of contact, and ensure all parties have a positive experience. Responsibilities: • Meet with potential buyers and agents on-site to answer questions and give tours of model homes. • Prepare and coordinate purchase and closing documents for each sale. • Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sales between buyer and builder to achieve desired results. • Coordinate and communicate with all parties for each sale and closing including appraisers, lenders, inspectors, construction managers, design center, etc. • Generate and follow up on leads from realtors, networking, community events, and referrals. • Track all communication through the CRM. • Ensure the model home is clean and in excellent condition for prospects. • Coordinate with the construction team on any model home maintenance issues. • Work closely with the marketing team to organize realtor, community, and prospect events. • Gather and analyze local housing market data. • Develop a thorough understanding of competition by visiting competitors' model homes, inventory, and websites regularly. • Address concerns and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the entire process. • Works weekends and evenings to accommodate client's availability. Qualifications: • Minimum of 1-2 years previous sales experience required; new home sales experience preferred. • Must be able to work weekends. • Knowledge of sales programs, policies, and procedures. • Current working knowledge of homebuilding and the residential real estate industry. Compensation: $50,000 - $75,000 yearly Commission based pay
