This role is commission-based, offering the potential to earn $125,000 to $300,000+ in commissions annually. A fixed salary will be provided for the first 3 months during the initial training phase. Responsibilities: • Maintain availability at Model Home Staff Hours from Friday to Tuesday, 12-5 pm including weekends, totaling 50-60+ hours per week • Participate in all team meetings and offer insights to Sales and Marketing Management to enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction • Adhere to the Tim O'Brien Homes Sales Process, ensuring a thorough understanding of contract documentation, financing options, and minimum standards outlined in Sales Training • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the construction process - from sale to post-close interactions, aiming for an Avid customer satisfaction rating in the top 10% in the US. • Cultivate strong, strategic relationships with current, past, and potential customers to maximize opportunities for customer referrals • Proactively address customer journey management issues during sales and construction phases by attending various customer orientations and construction updates Qualifications: • High achievement drive and the ability to work independently • Coachability and commitment to self-improvement • Ability to establish and nurture trust with Customers, Trade Partners, and Employees • Adaptability in dynamic market conditions • With training, the ability to read and comprehend detailed construction blueprints, specifications, and basic development drawings in addition to redlining plans • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Intermediate Microsoft Windows, Outlook (email), Microsoft Teams, Zoom. With training, Blue beam/Revit Skills, HubSpot • Must have a valid Real Estate License in the State of Wisconsin or be willing to obtain one within the first 60 days Compensation: $125,000 - $300,000 Commission Based
