    Position Title: C hief Financial Officer (CFO) - Part Time

    Department: A ccounting

    Job Summary:

    The Chief Financial Officer will direct and oversee the financial activities of the corporation listed under duties and responsibilities, direct the preparation of current financial reports and summaries. Also responsible for establishing and maintaining control systems for cash flow, payroll, regulatory obligations, financial projections, and preparing financial statements.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual period end closing review and identify issues and resolve.
    • Establish and monitor procedures for processing invoices, accounts receivables, account payables, cash handling, and related bookkeeping functions.
    • Making accounting operations more efficient and implement new financial procedures for scalability and accuracy
    • Navigate accounting team through Audit and Tax Compliance
    • Perform other duties and tasks as designated by the CEO.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Three or more years experience managing accounting functions.
    • Computer literate and able to demonstrate proficiency in software applications required in the performance of job responsibilities.
    • Must possess excellent leadership abilities.
    • Be able to consistently make intelligent decisions under pressure.
    • Possess good judgment, initiative, good attitude and be dependable.
    • Possess excellent organizational abilities and be able to deal effectively with people.
    • Possess good analytical skills. Ability to work under pressure and deadlines is essential.
    • Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills are imperative.

    Education and Experience: Bachelor degree, (emphasis in business or accounting).

    Physical Requirements:

    • Frequent sitting and/or standing required.
    • Constantly operates a computer with use of hands/fingers.
    • Must be able to effectively communicate by means of the spoken word to impart oral information to coworkers or to the public and convey detailed spoken instructions to others accurately, loudly, or quickly.
    • Must be able to perceive the nature of sounds by ear.
    • Lifting or carrying objects 30lbs or less while using safe lifting techniques.

    WORKING CONDITIONS

    • Works inside, closely with others
    • Generally works regular work hours, occasionally works after hours
    • Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to noisy
