Job Summary:
The Chief Financial Officer will direct and oversee the financial activities of the corporation listed under duties and responsibilities, direct the preparation of current financial reports and summaries. Also responsible for establishing and maintaining control systems for cash flow, payroll, regulatory obligations, financial projections, and preparing financial statements.
