    Responsibilities

    Answer the phone at the clinic energetically and politely

    Greet patients when they enter the clinic

    Schedule patient appointments

    Explain fees to patients and accept payment

    Perform data entry in the clinic’s computer systems accurately and timely

    Keep patient files up to date and enter appropriate charges and process payment

    Social Media marketing - willing to be in videos, learn how to edit them, create posts, and posters

    Contact insurance companies to verify and ensure claims are being processed in a timely manner

    Utilize phone and computer software to help company achieve marketing goals

    At least 50% phone usage for warm leads for sales / marketing

    Requirements

    Able to provide an amazing customer service experience

    Passionate and positive about helping others achieve long term progress and results

    Work history that demonstrates an ability to multitask efficiently

    Superior communication skills (verbal & written) with the ability to connect with people while motivating them to achieve their goals

    Bilingual Spanish (fluent) is a HUGE plus

    Dresses professionally

    Able to send emails, and write letters appropriately

    Willing to meet others (patients, those in the community, and medical/legal professionals)

    A go-getter, goal-oriented attitude that excels at designing and completing projects

    Maintains a healthy, holistic, and active lifestyle (mind and body)
