We’re looking for a Patient Lead Manager to join our team and help us manage and nurture our new patient leads.

    Position Overview: As the Patient Lead Manager, you will play a key role in our patient acquisition process. Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to new patient leads, manage them within our Go High Level CRM system, and provide outstanding customer service over the phone. Additionally, you'll be responsible for creating and managing our social media content on Facebook and Instagram, ensuring we effectively engage and grow our online community.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Lead Management: Call and follow up with new patient leads, ensuring they are successfully converted into appointments.

    CRM Management: Manage and track lead progress and interactions in the Go High Level CRM system to ensure follow-ups are timely and consistent.

    Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service over the phone, addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and handling any concerns.

    Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and post engaging content on Facebook and Instagram to attract and engage potential new patients.

    Content Creation: Develop social media posts, ads, and campaigns that promote our chiropractic services, educate the community, and build our online presence.

    Reporting: Track and report on lead conversion metrics and social media engagement, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve goals.

    Qualifications:

    Experience: Proven experience in customer service, sales, or lead management (healthcare experience is a plus).

    CRM Proficiency: Comfortable with using CRM systems, preferably Go High Level or similar.

    Communication Skills: Excellent phone etiquette, strong verbal communication skills, and the ability to build rapport quickly.

    Social Media Expertise: Proficient in managing and creating content for Facebook and Instagram.

    Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize leads and tasks.

    Team Player: Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
