    Job Overview: We are seeking a New Patient and First Experience Specialist who shares our passion for revolutionizing healthcare. You will play an essential role in creating a welcoming environment for patients as they begin their healing journey. While we provide full training on all job responsibilities, it is essential that you align with our vision, goals, and core values to ensure a meaningful impact on both our patients and our clinic culture.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Bring Big Energy and Happy Vibes

    Answer the phone at the clinic, addressing inquiries and scheduling appointments

    Greet patients warmly as they enter the clinic and ensure they feel comfortable and supported

    Schedule patient appointments and manage the clinic’s calendar

    Explain fees to patients, process payments, and provide receipts

    Perform data entry in the clinic’s computer systems, maintaining accurate patient records

    Describe and promote products available for purchase at the clinic, processing transactions as needed

    Keep patient files up to date, entering appropriate charges and processing payments

    Assist chiropractors during chiropractic treatments and support patient care as directed

    Assist with New Patient X-rays and health discovery

    Requirements:

    Previous customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or wellness settings

    Passionate about helping others achieve long-term progress and results

    Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

    Superior communication skills (verbal & written), with the ability to connect with people and motivate them toward achieving their goals

    Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
