We're looking for a marketing specialist who can maintain New Pioneer's creative standards of quality and brand strategy through our online channels, events and day-to-day marketing functions.
What You'll Do:
Lead social media development with photography and content
Set up paid campaigns and promotions on social platforms
Write and edit copy for social media as well as website and emails as needed
Build out weekly sales emails to send to shoppers
Assist with website updates and page layout
Maintain marketing request system and procedures
Communicate with department managers on projects and events
Visit stores regularly, to support store teams and marketing placement
Work with the marketing team, store team leads, and outside vendors to lead in-store events such as lectures, cooking classes, and demonstrations
Take part in marketing campaign planning, execution and wrap-up reporting
What We're Looking for:
An Associate or Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
2-4 years of social media experience (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)
1-2 years creative or copywriting
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite software (Mac-based Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat and InDesign) as well as Microsoft Office
Experience working in web-based formats including Web Content Management Systems and MailChimp.
Photography experience a plus
Ability to maintain a co-operative, friendly and outgoing attitude
Ability to handle multiple projects in a deadline-oriented environment
Able to energetically and confidently present ideas within the team environment, as well as discipline to work independently
