About the Role:

Join us at Primrose School of Arlington at National Landing for a fresh start in early childhood education! We are seeking passionate individuals to inspire and nurture young minds in a vibrant new school environment.

Responsibilities:

implement engaging lesson plans that promote holistic development.

Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment.

Build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff.

Conduct assessments to track children's progress and development.

Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's growth.

Collaborate with team members to enhance educational programs.

Maintain a clean and organized classroom space.

Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

Requirements:

Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.

Prior experience in a childcare or educational setting is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for working with young children and families.

Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.

CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.

Background check clearance required.

Enthusiastic, patient, and adaptable demeanor.
