JOB SUMMARY THE SENIOR ENTERPRISE DATA QUALITY ANALYST IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ASSESSING THE CONSISTENCY OF THE QUALITY ASSURANCE STANDARDS THAT DATA OWNERS/CUSTODIANS FOLLOW. USING A COMPREHENSIVE KNOWLEDGE OF DATA GOVERNANCE BEST PRACTICES, ENSURES COMPLIANCE WITH THE QUALITY ASSURANCE STANDARDS, AND PERIODICALLY PERFORMS A PROCESS OF DATA PROFILING AND TESTING ON COMPLEX DATA SOURCES TO DISCOVER INCONSISTENCIES AND OTHER ANOMALIES IN THE DATA, ROOT CAUSE, AND REPORTS RESULTS ACCORDINGLY. THIS ROLE WORKS CLOSELY WITH DATA OWNERS TO MAINTAIN METADATA, DATA DICTIONARIES AND LINEAGE, AS PRESCRIBED BY DATA GOVERNANCE STANDARDS. THIS DATA MONITORING REDUCES BUSINESS, REGULATORY AND REPUTATIONAL RISK OF POOR QUALITY DATA, BY ENSURING THE BANK'S DATA IS PREDICTABLE, CONTROLLED AND RELIABLE.
