Responsibilities: • Lead a team of insurance professionals to ensure they meet company standards. • Provide guidance and support to team members participating in the Associate Partner Training Program. • Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and optimize personnel performance. • Support the growth and development of associates to improve their overall effectiveness. • Oversee daily operations of the insurance office, including administration, personnel management, and workflow. • Collaborate with colleagues to successfully complete projects that meet customer expectations. Qualifications: • Candidates for Direct Hire Manager must have FINRA S7, S63, S65, or S66 Registrations and hold Life and Health licenses as Registered Representatives. • A minimum of two years of industry or sales management experience is required. • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience level is a prerequisite for this role. • Demonstrated expertise in leading and managing teams effectively is essential. • Strong verbal communication skills are a must. • Ideal candidates for the position are those who have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targeted commitments. Compensation: $60,000 - $150,000 yearly
