Product Solutions: You will be introduced to our diverse array of products and services designed to aid clients and their families in achieving their financial objectives. Alongside its subsidiaries, New York Life offers a variety of competitive insurance and financial products, such as life insurance, annuities, long-term care insurance, disability income insurance, and investment products like mutual funds through NYLIFE Securities LLC (a FINRA and SIPC member), a Licensed Insurance Agency. Before offering investment products, you will need to obtain securities licenses and FINRA registrations and affiliate with NYLIFE Securities as a registered representative. Transition to a Field Manager role: Upon fulfilling specific requirements during your first 12 months as a financial professional, you will enter a specialized six-month Associate Partner training program. We will guide you in leading and cultivating your team of financial professionals. Throughout your tenure with New York Life, you will have continual prospects for growth and advancement to higher tiers of management. Compensation package: Commencing as a financial professional at New York Life entails commission-based income. Upon meeting the requirements to become an Associate Partner, you will receive a fixed salary. The salary range for an Associate Partner is $60,000–$150,000 ($62,400–$150,000 in California), and you will also be eligible for additional compensation tied to the agents you recruit and develop (R&Ds). R&Ds are designed to boost your earnings and reimburse reasonable and necessary expenses not otherwise covered. Additionally, you will have access to medical, dental, and vision benefits, life insurance, long-term disability coverage, accidental death and dismemberment insurance, a pension plan, and a 401k savings plan.
