New York Life's Accelerated Path to Management program involves obtaining essential insurance and investment licenses, participating in a comprehensive paid training program, mastering New York Life's financial solutions and services, and establishing a client base as an agent and registered representative. Transition to management as an Associate Partner involves meeting certain production metrics and typically occurs within a year. Ideal candidates will have experience in areas such as banking, business, financial services, insurance, investments, sales, real estate, leadership, and/or management.
