Job Summary
We are working on putting together a wonderful, compassionate care-giving team for a new client in the Newberry, South Carolina area.
You will be directly working with the client, following a one-on-one care plan in their home. You must have a big heart and the ability to provide personalized and attentive care by building genuine relationships with those you serve. You must detail-oriented, prompt and communicative, highly organized, and committed to creating a healthy environment that meets our client's needs. Strong verbal and written skills are also needed to succeed in this role. Prior experience is required.
Job Responsibilities
Assist patient with necessary daily living activities, including dressing and personal care.
Care for patient by changing bed linens, doing laundry, and light housecleaning.
Keeping records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with the supervisor.
Assist client with meal prep and light cooking.
Engage with patient in exercises or other physical fitness activities.
Drive patient to and from appointments and errands using patient's vehicle.
Shifts Needed (some flexibility)
Mon AM: 9am-1pm
Mon PM: 7-9pm
Tue AM: 5-7am
Tue PM: 4-7pm
Wed AM: 9am-1pm
Wed PM: 7-9pm
Thu AM: 5-7am
Thu PM: 7-9pm
Fri AM: 9am-1pm
Fri PM: 7-9pm
Sat AM: 9am-1pm
Sat PM: 5-7pm or 7-9pm
Sun AM: 9am-1pm

Qualifications
Preferred degree from an accredited nurse assistant program
High School Diploma or GED
One year prior professional experience
Driver’s license and reliable transportation required
CPR certification required (or willing to complete)
