Newbury Capital provides working capital to businesses across America. Our main office is in Manhattan, and we are expanding into the Rochester area. Commissions range from 2%-10% of the loan amount. Decent brokers are typically able to close between $200k-$400k in funding per month. Average annual commissions range from $75k-$500k+ per broker depending on skill level. As we are a direct lender, utilizing our own funds, we are able to stand out in this industry, with more flexible funding offers, and shorter closing times. Most of our competitors are stricly broker shops, and rely on third-party funders to complete a deal. Deals are typically funded within 48 hours of receiving an application from a merchant, and commissions are paid immediately up-front. Income is largely dependent on call volume. We utilize a 10-line power-dialing system which makes 600 calls per day relatively easy. You will be expected to make roughly that many calls per day to begin. As your pipeline grows, daily call volume typically lessens to around 100/day. We provide the hot leads, the equipment, the sales and industry training, as well as the funds to provide the merchant. We offer an aggressive commission AND bonus structure, as well as plenty of company perks monthly. We typically offer a $15,000 Rolex Datejust as a bonus every 6 months, As well as daily, weekly, and monthly bonuses.
