Serve as a finance industry and Sage X3 thought | | leader. | | | | OBJECTIVES (KEY OUTCOMES): | | | | - Lead multiple simultaneous ERP implementations and | | customer engagements. | | - Achieve utilization, quality and customer satisfaction standards as | | established by leadership. | | - Works closely with cross-functional consulting teams, to | | ensure success. | | - Provide review and quality assurance for SOWs and Work Orders which | | includes (writing, estimating, reviewing with customer, and coaching | | other team members on related activities). | | - Collaborate with project managers to assign tasks according to team | | members' skill sets and within alignment of SOW, Business Process | | Review (BPR) documentation, and NexTec methodology. | | - Provide thought leadership in Sage X3 and overall consulting skills, | | to create and provide coaching and training for less experienced | | team members. | | - Continue to develop soft consulting skills, including: | | - o Thought Leadership | | - o Mentoring & Coaching | | - o Negotiating | | - o Objection Handling | | - Presentation Development and Delivery | | - Pre-Sales Support | +--------------------------------------------------------------------------+ | RESPONSIBILITIES | +--------------------------------------------------------------------------+ | - Demonstrate expert proficiency with designing the entire system and | | building industry best practices. | | - Lead requirements gathering and design activities with the intent of | | ensuring overall system design will meet customer requirements, | | interact with consulting team and client core team to collect | | information, lead and/or oversee and provide guidance on | | configuration, training, testing, and go live activities for all | | sizes and scopes of projects. | | - Provides guidance and coaching to team members. | | - Serve as first line of functional escalation resolution with | | customers and team members for assigned accounts and proactively | | communicate overall project status and risks to project managers and | | consulting leadership. | | - Provide coaching and quality assurance to ensure team members are | | following NexTec Implementation Methodology and best practices, | | collaborate to revise methodology to ensure successful | | implementations, and advise on industry and Sage X3 best practices. | | - Maintain yearly utilization goals as defined by leadership. | | - Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, | | including: | | - The ability to communicate to team members in a professional and | | effective manner; | | - Tailor communication style in order to communicate at multiple | | levels of an organization and provide guidance to less experienced | | team members; | | - Facilitate group discussions with team members and customers; | | - Develop accurate written material and provide guidance and support | | to less experienced team members to ensure NexTec's standard of | | excellence; | | - Independently manage work schedule and organize assigned tasks to | | meet deadlines. | | - Work with project managers to identify, prioritize, and delegate | | project tasks to team members. | | - Manage, coach, mentor, and teach NexTec team members assigned to | | same project. | | - Expert at negotiating resolutions to business/process/functional | | issues with business stakeholders. | | - Participate in selling activities as a SME on the product. | | - Thought leader on change management. | | - Perform Project Quality Assurance in accordance with NexTec | | QA process. | | - Collaborate with other experts on the team to define and develop | | QA standards. | | - Collaborate with project manager and team to resolve | | customer escalations. | | - Other duties as assigned. | +--------------------------------------------------------------------------+ | EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE | +--------------------------------------------------------------------------+ | MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS | | | | - Bachelors' Degree in Business, MIS, Computer Science, Finance, | | Supply Chain, Cannabis, or equivalent combination of education | | and experience. | | - Has significant experience in all aspects of ERP lifecycle from | | kick-off through optimization and support. | | - Expert Sage product business and technical knowledge. | | - Sage X3 Financial Certification required. | | - Results-oriented individual who can prioritize and execute | | activities in a high-pressure environment. | | - Professional demeanor, able to work well with other team members as | | well as customers. | | - Can do attitude and a strong work ethic. | | - Ability to take direction, as well as work autonomously. | | - Clean, valid Driver's License with no DUI's and the ability to pass | | a background check including no drug charges. | | - Ability to travel in the US and Canada from 40% to 80%. | +--------------------------------------------------------------------------+
