Position Summary Nexamp is seeking an Analyst to join the Capital Markets team in its Boston office. Duties and Responsibilities This position will report directly to the Director of the Capital Markets team and will be responsible for the execution and performance of finance activities, including, but not limited to: * Develop corporate and project-level financial models. * Consolidate and analyze financial data (budgets, cash flow forecasts, etc). * Assist project acquisition, development and asset management teams with financial models including new market or new product offerings. * Support senior management and project finance teams with financial planning and analysis. * Work on deal teams related to development project acquisitions. * Assist with corporate and project-level debt and equity financings as needed. Qualifications Ideal candidate must be enthusiastic, self-motivated, results-oriented, and operate well in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. The candidate should be prepared for increased responsibility in a rapidly growing company. Key qualifications include: * Bachelors degree. * 1 - 3 years of investment banking, valuation or accounting experience preferred. * Excellent financial modeling, financial statement analysis, and accounting skills / knowledge preferred. * Ability to communicate effectively with the Capital Markets team, executive management and all departments across the organization. * Strong proficiency in MS Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). * Proven analytical ability and attention to detail. * Superior organizational and time management skills, and the ability to efficiently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Experience in renewables, energy or infrastructure preferred, but not required.
