Next Gen Programming Coordinator (Part-Time)
JOB OVERVIEW
Supports the creation and programming of engaging, relevant, and memorable large group experiences for all Next Gen environments (birth – 12th grade) and Next Gen ministry events.
SPECIFIC DUTIES
Production & Programming:
Collaborate with Next Gen Programming Director to create engaging experiences across large group and small group environments.
Work with Next Gen Programming Director and ministry leads to create programming and slide support for all Next Gen large group experiences and ministry events
Upload and format original script content for volunteers to edit
Upload and format scripts and sermon content to all Next Gen Production Planning Center plans
Load Planning Center Plans quarterly and confirm active serving rosters in Teams, Templates, and Plans for all Next Gen Production service types
Provides Sunday morning tech support in all Next Gen environments
Supports Programming Director and helps execute stage design and set development
Supports Programing Director for all Next Gen events
Worship:
Coordinates TrailKids worship team with a holistic lens that innovates new ways to reach the next generation
Recruit, schedule, and train coach and volunteer worship teams of adults and students (worship kids, worship leaders, and worship coaches) in TrailKids Early Childhood and Lower Elementary environments
Shepherd and empower worship coaches to lead teams of volunteer
Design quarterly worship sets and choreography for Early Childhood and Lower Elementary environments
Update quarterly worship sets on social platforms and hallway music folders for all Next Gen environments
Collaborate with the Next Gen teams to create a cohesive experience for kids, students, and families
