Innovative Software Company has a requirement for an administrative and operations professional in our San Francisco Headquarters office. Easy access is available via BART and public transportation to our offices. We seek a self- starter with a bright, enthusiastic, positive attitude. While being able to handle difficult and sometimes stressful situations. He/she should be a fast learner with an open mind and be able to manage multiple tasks and projects while working independently with a strong attention to detail. It is important that this person be self-motivated and able to exercise good judgment, confidentiality, initiative and creativity.
Responsibilities:
- Provide executive level administrative support of operational spreadsheets.
- Provide support inclusive of administrative, tactical or project based to enable the executives to focus on high level strategic priorities
- Administrative support includes calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense management
- Ability to manage in a fast paced environment with changing priorities
- Proofreading of memos, emails and presentations
- Conduct new employee orientation
- Coordinate with accounting to ensure billing takes place in a timely manner
- Develop a tracking mechanism for accounts receivable and follow up with customers as required to ensure timely payment
- Ensure weekly time sheets and expenses for employees and contractors are completed in a timely manner, uploaded to shared drive
Desired Skills & Experience
- 1 + years of business experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably Technology Products or Services, extensive knowledge of excel spreadsheets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Demonstrate a basic level of business acumen
- Punctuality, professionalism and a positive, cheerful attitude
- Must work well independently
- Possess excellent verbal communications skills
