Job Description

The Account Receivable Specialist is responsible for day-to-day prioritization, resolution, and processing of all general AR tasks to ensure effectiveness in the department as team.

All activities must be in compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity laws, HIPAA, ERISA and other regulations, as appropriate.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: In addition to working in accordance with appropriate conduct and behavioral standards, specific responsibilities of this role include:

• Perform daily check deposits, credit card deposits, and customer account updates as needed
• Collect and follow up on past due balances for outstanding accounts
• Perform monthly billing preparations and processing
• Resolve account issues in a timely manner by communicating effectively with clients, the Sales team, and the Client Success team
• Prepare documentation for approval and entering credit memos
• Provision and deactivating software licensing
• Process various requests from Salesforce queue to ensure accurate billings

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a professional environment
• Experience in a fast pace environment
• Ability to process information analytically
• Attention to detail
• Team player
• Excellent communication skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree

WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

• General office environment: Works generally at a desk in a well-lighted, air-conditioned cubicle/office, with moderate noise levels
• Periods of stress may occur

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Activities require a significant amount of sitting at office and work desks and in front of a computer monitor
• Some walking and standing relative to interaction with other personnel
