ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
- Emails-Check emails/lighting fax for component orders
- Holds-Check hold log and call stores to advise of holds
- Parts-Assisting customers with sending out parts they need. Send parts to sales reps when requested
- RGA's - Issuing RGA's for HD reps
- Confirmations - Assisting HD reps with P.O confirmations
- Tracking-Track orders for HD
- Parts-Enter replacement parts request from HD.com
- Holds-Enter the report log for all orders on hold
- Shutters-Help HD reps with product questions
- Technical Support-Help customers install their blinds
- Warranty-Email the customer warranty info so they can open a claim
- Online Support- Live Chat through company website (Veneta) and processing any online inquiries
NON-ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: (In order to do this job, the company has determined the minimum qualifications needed)
- Able to work hours of: ~ Normal business hours 8am - 5pm Monday-Friday or as determined in writing by management
- Education: Minimum High School Diploma
- Experience: Minimum one (1) year or more
- Knowledge: Knowledge of customer service operations in the manufacturing / home improvement industry, preferred but not necessary.
- Language Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both oral and written communication in English
- Math Skills: Overall general arithmetic skills and knowledge of mathematical principles
- Time management skills to effectively schedule and meet company demands
- Strong and proven project management abilities
- Strong and proven problem-solving skills
- Detail oriented
- Proficient in Salesforce
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Ability to handle a high level of pressure
- Demonstrate assertiveness, positive attitude, and initiative.
