Key Responsibilities:

• Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure that all accounts are accurate and balanced.
• Prepare and generate daily financial reports, including revenue reports, occupancy statistics, and any discrepancies that need addressing.
• Process check-ins and check-outs, providing excellent customer service to guests during their stay.
• Address guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
• Monitor security and safety procedures throughout the hotel during the night shift.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Assist in resolving guest complaints and issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures, as well as local and federal regulations.
• Perform light housekeeping duties as needed during the shift.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hotel operations or as a night auditor is preferred.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor.
• Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
