Crumbl Cookies is the nation's fastest-growing and largest gourmet dessert company, with over 1,000 stores in the United States and recently expanded into Canada. We boast over 300 dessert recipes but only sell six varieties each week. Crumbl is the only food establishment that rotates its menu weekly, creating an excellent reason for customers to return to “Taste Weekly.” All Crumbl desserts are mixed, balled, and baked from scratch.

Night Crew Position Description:

We are looking for a crew of 2-3 full-time Bakers and Mixers to fulfill production needs. Typical Shift hours are ~11 pm—7 am, Monday through Saturday.

Responsibilities Following Training Period:

Based on the production forecasts provided, develop and manage dough production plans.

Pre-measure/prep most toppings necessary for the pre-and post-oven phases.

Monitor and ensure the quality of the baked/final product meets Crumbl standards.

Perform test bakes every Friday for next week's menu.

Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management about any anticipated needs/shortages.

Clean stations and wash all dishes at the end of every shift.

Complete required production paperwork, including use of app for checklists and cookie inventory and waste reporting.

Minimum Requirements:

Previous bakery/food service experience

At least 18 years old (required to operate some of our kitchen equipment)

Availability of at least four weekend shifts (Friday night, Saturday night) per month

Completion of Food Handlers certificate within one week of hire

ServeSafe or equivalent, ideal but not required (we reimburse 50% six months following completion if still employed with us in good standing)
