Q & A Cleaning Solutions has an opening for a night Janitor. In this role the incumbent will, under limited supervision, perform tasks associated with this position, as well as other tasks as directed by management. We are looking for a general cleaner to take care of our facilities and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties on weekends. Commercial Cleaning restroom, operating equipment, completion of electronic paperwork. The goal is to keep our buildings in a clean and orderly condition.

Responsibilities

Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the building

Vacuum carpets, mop floors, scrub restrooms, dust furniture, and empty trash cans daily

Clean windows, supply restrooms

Wipe up spills and other hazards with sponges and squeegees

Secure building by locking doors once cleaning is complete

Write reports of areas cleaned and notify the manager of major repairs

3 days/week Monday, Wednesday, Friday

6PM-9PM

Qualifications

At least 1 years of experience in janitorial services

Must be able to pass a background check

Will have drug screen

Driver’s license or reliable transportation to and from the worksite

Experience with a variety of cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment

Must be a hard-worker with high attention to detail and have a strong work ethic

Compensation: $15.00 per hour
