Bourrée is a fast casual, locally owned restaurant located in New Orleans Carrollton/Riverbend neighborhood. Looking for an experienced line cook to manage BOH operations while preparing retail and cook to order menu items. Responsibilities include but are not limited to food prep, training/managing employees, scheduling, cooking/cleaning, daiquiri prep, and inventory based on daily needs. Experience in BOH operations is a must. Guaranteed $20/hr w/ tip pool, this is a mostly nights position.
Shifts usually range:
Mornings: 9:30am-4pm Nights: 4pm-close Weekends: Vary
We are open 7 days/week from 11am-9pm.
