Kitchen Guard Services started in 2009 as a cold water, kitchen, and bar cleaning service. With a strong commitment to quality service and fire safety, we’ve built a reputation for excellence in our industry.

This role is for a night shift, typically Sunday to Thursday from 10 PM to 8 AM (The exact schedule may vary based on customer needs). This role will require overtime & includes biweekly bonuses based on job performance!

Job Overview: As a Night Shift Kitchen Cleaning Technician at our Ann Arbor location, you'll be at the heart of our operations. Responsibilities include:

Power washing kitchen exhaust systems, covering hoods, ductwork, filters, and exhaust fans.

Efficient setup and takedown of job sites and equipment.

Performing tasks independently without direct supervision.

Maintain and manage equipment, and report any discrepancies.

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct on-site inspections to assess the client’s needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

Stay up to date on industry trends and advancements to provide informed consultations.

Ensure the safety and efficient installation and maintenance of fire safety equipment.

Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Participate in ongoing safety training to maintain a high level of awareness and preparedness.

Problem-solving on-site challenges and make recommendations for improvement.

Physical Requirements:

Be physically able to climb ladders to gain rooftop access to commercial establishments.

Ability to squat, lift, and carry 50 lbs., a minimum of 100 feet.

Able to stand for 10 hours at a time.

Have excellent attention to detail and work fast and efficiently.
