Job description
Non-Profit Operations Coordinator (full-time)
UA3, a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization located in lower Manhattan, is seeking a full-time coordinator to oversee the different operations of our food pantry and social service programs. The Non-Profit Coordinator will work directly with the UA3 Executive Board, paid staff and community volunteers and will be an integral part of the team and its overall success.
Responsibilities:
Oversight of Community First Food Pantry operations
Coordinate staff of 5 and large cohorts of volunteers
Coordinate operations for twice a week public pantry days and special events, including some weekends
Collaborate with Food Delivery Driver for shipment pick-ups, deliveries, and storage
Oversee donated/recovered food produce arrivals and distribution
Schedule CBO (Community-Based Organizations) and special events pick-ups and food deliveries
Provide weekly reports to leadership
Approve events, assist with social media flyers and announcements, and maintain events log
Coordinate Youth Programs with Food Pantry activities including SYEP
Schedule youth and adult workshop programming in health and wellness and academic advancement
Qualifications:
3 years experience in the non profit industry
Bilingual Chinese or Spanish a plus
Driver's license, and forklift certification a plus
Master's degree
Benefits:
40-hour work week with 1-hour lunch break

Salary: $50-55K depending on experience
