About the Role:

Noor Home Healthcare Service Corp DBA NoorCare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in Sacramento, CA. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our patients and making a positive impact in their lives.

Responsibilities:

Assessing and evaluating patients' health status

Developing and implementing nursing care plans

Administering medications and treatments

Collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams

Providing education and support to patients and their families

Requirements:

Valid RN license in the state of California

Must have a bachelor's degree in nursing or other health-related field with 3 - 4 years of experience.

Three years of management experience within the last five (5) years in a home health or related health care organization, at least one (1) year of which was in a supervisory or administrative capacity, OR A Registered Nurse with four (4) years’ experience within the last five (5) years in a home health, home health agency, primary care clinical or health facility, at least one (1) year of which was in a supervisory or administrative capacity.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
