RESPONSIBILITIES:

Accounts Receivable & Payable

• Work closely with sales team to process customer credits, deductions, and corrections
• Work closely with sales team to contact customers with past due accounts to keep payments timely
• Process all A/R related inbound cash on a daily basis
• Ensure daily bank activity matches daily ERP processing
• Generate monthly customer statements utilizing business process procedure
• Escalate receivables and payables issues to the supervisors on an as needed basis
• Reconcile and analyze accounts for payments, credits and deductions
• Provide A/R and A/P reporting as required to management
• Assist in weekly cash report
• Maintains, analyzes, and reconciles accounts receivable and payable ledger accounts
• Manage payables ensuring accuracy of vendor billings and discrepancy resolution in a timely, professional manner.
• Process purchase orders to factory, prices, terms of payment and other charges
• Process due invoices for payments
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) in Accounting Business, Finance; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• 1+ years of experience in related role

• Computer skills: proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
