    Famous Tate in North Tampa is looking for a talented WEEKEND Administrative Assistant/Telephone receptionist to join our team! You will be responsible for supporting our busy Sales Associates to help them stay organized and complete tasks that allow them to focus on serving our valued customers. If you are detail-oriented, take pride in being highly organized, with a knack for communicating effectively, you will play a key role in helping make Famous Tate , FAMOUS!

    Responsibilities:

    Answer a busy multi line phone

    Respond to customer inquiries timely and professionally

    Perform general office duties, including filing, and facility management

    Acquire and distribute store supplies

    Monitor the facility to ensure that it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained

    Qualifications:

    Must be able to work Weekends: Schedule is Sat/Sunday- Possible some evenings to close

    2+ years of office and/or customer service experience

    Strong attention to detail, solid organization, and time management capabilities

    Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and a clear and cheerful speaking voice

    Must be able to speak, write and read English to serve the customers, Bilingual a big plus!

    Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities

    General computer proficiency

    Possibility of Full Time up for discussion with Management based on availability.
