Located in Greenwich, CT, our client is a multi-billion-dollar multi-strategy hedge fund with approximately $15bn AUM.

Typically, employees are in the office 2-3 days per week.

Overview:

Reporting to the Tax Director, the Tax Manager’s primary focus would be tax compliance matters and various ad hoc advisory projects related to the funds.

The role will evolve over time and in addition to tax compliance, you will be very involved with tax planning, implementing tax data analytics and automation projects, tax modeling, researching new issues impacting the fund, ad-hoc queries, and more.

Qualifications:  

• CPA and/or Masters in Tax Preferred
• 5-8 years of tax experience - either from public accounting or a combination of public/private experience out of a Hedge Fund, Private Equity or Family Office.
• Strong knowledge of partnership and individual tax concepts. Corporate tax and financial products tax is a plus.
• Prior Experience with Automation and Data Analytics would be preferred

Compensation:

Base salary $150-200K base + discretionary bonus.

All-in compensation range $250-325K.
