    Northern Light Medical Management is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Administrative Officer with experience specifically in Radiology, to oversee the administrative operations of our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of leadership in a hospital based operations environment.

    Job Requirements:

    • Master’s degree in business administration (MBA) or Master's degree in healthcare administration (MHA) preferred.
    • At least 5 years in a senior leadership position in a hospital-based radiology group or imaging department within a hospital.
    • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, financial management, and project management
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Knowledge of organizational policies, regulations, and laws.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Create and execute all-encompassing strategic plans that are in accordance with the objectives and goals of the organization.
    • Responsible for managing and supervising the daily hospital-based radiology operations of the organization, while closely collaborating with departmental heads to ensure the successful attainment of the organization's goals and objectives.
    • Develop and implement effective human resource strategies focused on recruiting, training, and retaining talent to improve organizational performance.
    • Develop and implement effective organizational policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and improve operational efficiency.
    • Build and maintain effective relationships with external stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and other business partners.
    • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure that employees and stakeholders are informed about the organization's goals, objectives, and key performance indicators.
    • Develop and implement crisis management plans to ensure that the organization is prepared to deal with unforeseen events and crisis situations.
