Position Summary:
The Nothing Bundt Cakes Training Specialist embodies and fosters all aspects of the Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC) culture and core values. Their significant focus is to instruct all new bakery owners/operators on the Nothing Bundt Cakes bakery operational standards and methodologies. They are dedicated trainers ensuring brand standards are upheld in the company bakeries.
Accountabilities/Duties:
· Ensuring NbC guidelines and standards are met.
· Conduct Y.O.U. orientation classes.
· Follow all training syllabus’.
· Conduct interactive Y.O.U. training with new bakery owners when trainees are in NbC company bakery.
· Certify NbC company bakeries have met all criterion.
· Sustain the NbC operations manual.
· Subject matter expert on bakery training and all training on Gather Round site.
· Provide new bakery opening support.
· Potential to be utilized in other facets of training including, but not limited to, content development, training classes, on-the-job training, reviewing, and operational details.

Education/Certifications and Work Experience Requirements:
· High School diploma or equivalent required
· 1-2 years of Instructional experience
· 1-2 years’ experience in training role or bakery management
