Role Summary:

We are seeking empathetic Personal Care Assistants to join our team in Nevada and positively influence the lives of our clients. At Comprehensive Home Health Solutions, you'll play a crucial role in promoting independence and overall well-being within the comfort of our clients' homes.

Requirements and Skills:

Reliable, punctual, and responsible.

Compassionate and patient with excellent communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical capability for lifting, bending, and personal care.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation if needed for client transport.

Responsibilities:

Provide companionship and emotional support.

Aid clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

Prepare and serve meals considering dietary needs and preferences.

Maintain a clean and safe environment through light housekeeping.

Deliver personalized care following individual care plans.

Assist with mobility, transfers, and exercises to promote physical health.

Accompany clients to appointments and outings as necessary.

Document care provided and communicate any changes in the client's condition.

Collaborate with the care team to ensure holistic client care.
