Location: Kalamazoo, Michigan Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday – Sunday

Job Overview:

We are seeking experienced and dedicated caregivers to provide high-quality in-home support for clients in the Kalamazoo area. If you have a passion for helping others and hands-on caregiving experience, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing).

Assist with mobility support and transfers.

Administer medication reminders and track health changes.

Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary.

Offer companionship and emotional support.

Perform light housekeeping duties, including cleaning, laundry, and organizing.

Monitor clients’ well-being and report any health concerns to the care team.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1-2 years of professional caregiving experience required.

CNA certification preferred but not required.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and assisting clients.
